Theme for August is “Hot, Hot, Hot”.   Hope everyone makes a block!!!  This is your chance to step outside what you might normally do and try something new.  Sometimes blocks may seem challenging, but it’s good to learn something new.  Trying new blocks will build your confidence to make more challenging blocks and quilts.

August’s Block – "Summer's Sun" - a paper pieced block. Directions for this block can be found at www.quilterscache.com

If you have checked out Library Books, please remember to bring them back!!!!!!

If you know of a guild member who is sick or has had a death in the family, please call the secretary of the guild and let her know so she can send a card. The current secretary is Pat Barlow. Please call her on her cell phone as listed in our membership list.
